Question of the Week: Squash Bug Eggs

Last week the question was:  What are these?

These are squash bug eggs.  These are very common pests of cucurbit crops and can cause extensive damage if not controlled.  Removing plant material and discarded fruit following harvest is a good way to control the numbers that overwinter.  For more information, check out this publication.
